Day Three Hundred Twelve - Overkill Day Six

Today I did not do my 3 mile walk/run or my weights workout. Had to get our laundry done so I put off the morning workout. Finished my gallon of water today though.

This evening I did DDP yoga, along with my crunches, cross leg lifts, pushups, and my dumbbell workout! The whole thing takes about an hour tops!
