Did 3 miles this morning! It wasn't all that strong today because I had to go to the bathroom really bad, which sucked! Every time that happens, it really screws up my walk and I definitely can't run. When I got back, however, I did my business, then I went back out and did my weights workout outside. I did 30 deadlifts, 20 bench presses, 5 100lb curls, and some jump roping. Lisa did her DDP yoga workout.
Finished my gallon of water today.
Didn't do my evening workout today because I had a "date" planned with a friend I met on Facebook. She asked me this past Sunday to go to a movie with her tonight. That was my evening. I just got back about an hour ago. We had a great time! We watched 'CHAPPiE' and then she took us out to eat at the Blue Moon diner afterwards. Great conversation. She's a very beautiful lady. She would like to do it again. I hope we can too. Be planning on that in the near future!
I shall make up my skipped workout tomorrow for sure!
