Day Three Hundred Nine - Overkill Day Three
Third day out! I did 3 miles this morning and added lots of running in there once again. I'm running longer distances now, compared to long time ago. I find I don't get tired so easily and my breathing has improved. I was really sore today from yesterday, but I still pushed myself. When I got home, I did my weights workout. 30 deadlifts, this time I did 30 straight jump ropes without stopping, and 5 curls. I finished my gallon of water today and once again drank it throughout the day.
This evening I did my second workout consisting of DDP yoga again. I'm starting all over from the beginning. I'm doing the 'Diamond Dozen' and getting a feel of all the moves, as well as trying to remember all of them. Lisa can do the workout just by listening to the recording. I haven't done it as long as her so I need to really get to know the names of everything before I can do that. So I plan on doing this same workout for a couple weeks in order to get everything down, then I'll move up to the first major workout which is, 'Energy'.
After DDP yoga, I did my 40 crunches, 7 cross leglifts, 5 pushups (still very sore arms), and my dumbbell workout. The whole workout takes about an hour, including DDP yoga. I'm sweatin like crazy and my arms are really burning from the dumbbell workout. It feels great and I'm really looking forward to where I'll be in a month.
