Did my 3 miles this morning! Came back and finished out with weights. I did 30 deadlifts, 7 100lb curls, 20 bench presses, and some jump roping. My legs are pretty tired, especially my chins. They really have been getting a good workout since I've been jump roping and running. Lisa started coming with me again on our walks. She's also doing DDP yoga in the mornings after our 3 miles.
Finished my gallon of water today! This evening I did DDP yoga, along with my crunches, cross leg lifts, push ups, and my dumbbell workout. My body is feelin really good but I am very super tired. My arms felt so worn out by the dumbbell workout that I was really shaking trying to get the weight up above my head. I'm in definite need of a rest day now! I have been at this for 7 days straight. That is what I call dedication!! If I start putting on weight now, then there is definitely something wrong with me. I have never before ever pushed myself like I am doing now. I'm really hoping this gets me somewhere really great by the time Fyrescape year one ends next month!
