Day Three Hundred Sixteen - Overkill Day Nine

Just like to note that this day marks my 316th day. That is my all-time favorite number, 316. After my most memorable Bible Verse: 'For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, so that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.' John 3:16
Amen.

Started off this morning with a strong 3 mile powerwalk and I did some running too. I really pushed myself this morning. Lisa came with me and did some running also. When we got back, I mixed it up. Instead of doing my outside weights workout, I did my Bowflex workout. I did more than I did last time I did this. Way more! I worked my legs, my arms, my back, my abs, my shoulders, my sides. I did lots of different exercises on that thing. I did 3 sets of 15 reps on most of them. My arms were really wiped out by the time I was done. Afterwards, I did 30 crunches on the AB Lounge! That really kicked my butt! My abs started to cramp up after. I finished my workout by riding the exercise bike for 17 minutes this time. Last time I only did 15. My body felt great after! Tired, but I really feel like I kicked arse the whole workout!

Finished my gallon of water early today! Usually I finish it at the end of the night, but today by midday I was pretty much done with it. Once I start to finish my gallon early, I'm going to drink more water. I hear of ppl downing 2 gallons per day. I'm like, DANG!! But you never know, that might be me here in a few months.

Tonight I did my DDP yoga workout, crunches, cross leglifts, pushups, and my dumbbell workout! I ended up drinking more water because I was so winded after DDP. It was a great workout today! Definitely getting it done everyday. Stronger, Faster, Leaner ;}
