Day Three Hundred Fifteen - Overkill Day Eight

Started off the day with 3 miles with Lisa. Then when we got back, Lees did her DDP yoga workout and I did my outside weights workout. 30 deadlifts, 7 100lb curls, 20 bench presses, then finished it out with some jump rope. Awesome workout this morning.

Finished my gallon of water today, but I finished it late. I was busy throughout the day so I didn't get to my evening workout until after 10pm. I only did a few moves on DDP yoga, then Lisa came home from work so I stopped for the night. My left knee was aching really bad so I didn't want to push it. I'll make it all up tomorrow. Time to turn in for now and get some rest. My left knee is aching something terrible right now :( Hope it clears up though.
