Day Three Hundred Eighteen - Overkill Day Eleven


Today I killed it really bad! Did my 3 miles this morning. I walked by myself because Lisa had to study for school. I did a power walk and added lots of running in there. When I got home, Lisa was just leaving for school. I did a Bowflex workout. I did everything I did the other day, adding a few new exercises. I only did 2 sets of 15 reps on each this time. Last time I did 3 on some of them. Today, I was really tired still so I couldn't get the third set in. After the Bowflex, I did some work on the Ab Lounge. When I was done, I rode the exercise bike for 18 minutes this time. Last time I did 17. I'm going to shoot for 20 next time I do this, but I'm not going to make it a priority. As long as I do 15 minutes. That's my main goal. After I get off that thing, my legs are like jello. I'm really wobbly and it takes me a while to get a good walk. Really wears me out but I love it!

I was really anxious today so I did my evening workout early! I did DDP yoga, along with my crunches (20 on each side), and this time I did 10 cross leglifts. Then I did my pushups, which are getting easier. Followed by my dumbbell workout. I got everything done before 7pm. I also finished my gallon of water today! I definitely feel like I made up for missing my evening workout yesterday! It was Awesome! I thought I'd be hanging out with Dyanna again today..but didn't hear from her. Oh well, next time I suppose. Tomorrow is bills day! Don't know if I'll be able to get my morning walk/workout in because we need to do our stuff early since Lisa apparently has to be at work by noon for training. So I'll have to put off my morning workout for that tomorrow. Definitely get the evening one in though.
