Second day of hitting Fyrescape head on! Today I did 3 miles and I added lots of running in there. I drank my gallon of water throughout the day, instead of taking big gulps at a time. I've found that if I drink it little at a time throughout the day, then I don't have to go to the bathroom so much. Another plus there!
When I got home from my 3 miles, I did my weights workout outside. I did 30 deadlifts, 5 100lbs curls, and 10 bench presses. I did just a few jump ropes because I was so tired by the time I was done. My legs were really shaky but they felt great!
This evening I did my second workout. I did DDP yoga again, along with my 40 crunches, 7 cross leglifts, 6 pushups (still training myself hard on that), and my dumbbell workout afterwards which was the same as yesterday. Pretty tough day, but I'm feeling really good.
