Day One Hundred Seventeen

Woke up early this morning and did my 6 miles!  I'm happy I got it all done.  When I got home, I was pretty tired.  Just before I got into the shower, I heard my dad's tractor outside.  I hurried and changed, then headed outside.  He was out there clearing off my land so I went out to help.


We spent the entire morning working on my land, getting it cleared off.  He did most the work with his tractor.  I hoed lots of weeds and he scraped them off the road and moved them all into a separate pile.  Now, it's lookin so good out there.  We kept busy and did so much up until about 1pm.  I was so hot afterwards and oh man am I tanned really bad.  My arms are almost black lol.  My face is ok, still light completed because I was wearing a hat, but dang my arms are really really dark.  I wish I had a long sleeve shirt to wear when I'm working outside. 
Anyway, dad's tractor got a flat tire so we stopped.  I took him home and we had lunch at his house with my mom and brother.  It was nice!  I stayed there until about 3pm.  I came home and got showered up finally, after not taking one even after my walk. 


My brother wanted to come over and watch 'The Amazing Spiderman 2' on my blueray player.  So he came over at about 5pm.  I told him to come over at 4:30, but as always, he was late getting there so we didn't start watching the movie until then.  I told him we weren't going to finish it because Lees and I had plans to go see the movie, 'If I Stay' at 7:20 tonight.  She went to work this morning at 7am and worked until 5.  While we were watching Spiderman, she came home.  We stopped the movie at around 6:45 and made plans with my brother to come back after we got home from the movie to finish it.  So after that, we headed up to the movie.  Dammit, it was Sold Out!!!!!  Ugh!!!!  I hate when that happens, that's why I don't ever go to movies on the weekends.  There's so many ppl there, it's crazy.  I always wait to watch movies until the week, but since the schools started up again, all the movie theaters around here don't show the early showings anymore except on the weekends. 
So since we didn't watch, 'If I Stay', we instead watched 'Lucy'.  That movie was such a dud.  I mean, it was ok and Scarlett Johanssen was very seriously HOT, but the movie wasn't that good.  I didn't really care for it.  After we got out, I was telling Lisa that we should've watched Ninja Turtles again, or The Expendables 3.  Those movies were Great and I wouldn't mind watching them again.


Well after the movie, we went to the new Pizza joint here in Farmington called, Pizza 9.  Since my brother was coming over to finish Spiderman, we bought two pies.  Both thin crust.  Oh man, I tell you, it was so so so so good!!!  Their pizza is Amazing!  They actually put these big meatballs on their pizza.  I really enjoyed it!  I've been eating light for a while so this pizza was definitely something I didn't hesitate on.  The workers there are very nice and they make you feel really welcomed.  We enjoyed it very much and plan on going back there again whenever we get that pizza craving.


After getting home, my brother and I watched the special features of the Spiderman 2 movie.  Lisa fell asleep.  Then, him and I just talked until 2 in the morning.  That's the only thing I don't like about my brother coming over because when he does come by, we talk and I hate some of his conversation because for some weird reason, he seems fascinated with the subject of the end of days.  Now me, I don't like talking about that stuff.  I believe that one day, God is going to come back and take us away from here, but until that day, which No Man Shall Know the Day nor the Hour, we should live very happy, fulfilling lives and appreciate each day and do the very best we can because honestly, if we have faith and we keep God in our lives, we have nothing to fear!  Well, I told all this to my brother.  It's something I'd been wanting to tell him for a long time and I think he finally got it.  He was feeling scared because of the type of life he's been living, but I think I helped him make the right choices on becoming a better person and keeping God in his life.  It was a good talk and I was glad we had it.  I hope he continues on the right path and I pray everyday that God helps him make the right choices.  Him and my sister, who seems to be really lost right now.  I pray for her everyday as well.


Well that was my day!  I'm so so so tired right now.  I am off to dreamland.  It's actually later than I'm putting on my blog.  Anyway, Goodnight!
