Day Seventy Seven - REST DAY

Ok, today was kinda tough for me!  Lisa worked last night so she came home in total Zombie-Mode.  We got into an argument, blah.  I hate when that happens.  It's cool though and we worked it out as we always do!  One thing I learned about myself today...I still weigh the same!  What?!  Yup, I still weighed in at 325lbs.  What is the deal??  I weighed 325lbs on June 28.  Here it is, 16 days later and I still weight exactly the same.  Not a pound less!  That really freaked me out!!  I've been at it, 6 miles per day.
Well, I'm going to beef up my walks to 6 miles...but all at once.  Rather than just do 3 miles in the morning, then 3 miles in the evening.  That's going to be my routine and everyday, I'm going to do 6 miles in the morning!  I need to get out of the three hundred range.  I'm tired of being here!  I'm looking really good so it must be my height plus my muscle gain still making me like this because my body feels Amazing and it can do things I couldn't before. 

Today I did a short 3/4 mile walk this morning.  I didn't intend to, but we did anyway.  Afterwards, we came home and got ready.  That's when we had the argument :(  Oh well, past is past ;)  We didn't go to VBS at our church today.  Tomorrow for sure.  Lisa was too tired to do anything today so she slept all afternoon/evening and all night long. 

So today begins a brand new routine. We'll see how it goes. Goodnight!
