Day Ninety One

Woke up early today and did my 6 miles.  My legs are surprisingly holding out strong!  I even did a little running today, I'm so proud.  When I first started this 6 mile walk all at once, by the end of the walk my legs were so tired.  They were aching and my feet felt completely worn out.  Now, I feel strong!  My legs feel strong and my feet feel nothing when I'm done.  Now, I'm adding running in there.  Totally Superman Mode, dang ;)

I'm getting back to drinking water again.  I'm going to get back to drinking a gallon of water per day!  That's what is recommended.  You needa drink a gallon per day, atleast!  I need to get a gallon jug so I can measure my water intake per day.  I was planning on buying one last week, but I didn't get to.  That will help best, especially when you're trying to keep up with it.  Sometime this week, I'm going to do that.  I've just been drinking cups per day but I have no idea if it's a gallon or not.

Well, that damn headache is still bothering me.  You believe that?!  Dang it's two days now that I've felt it.  It's not really bad, just light but it's really aggravating because it's like this small irritation that just won't seem to go away.  Pisses me off!  Anyway, I took some aspirin...again.  I kept up my eating too.  Oh yeah, I read that when you're doing lots of exercise, your body needs fuel so you have to constantly eat!  No that doesn't mean hamburgers every hour, or pizza.  You do, however, need to keep your body hydrated and fueled, especially when you're working hard.  I'm building myself up to doing 6 miles in the morning and a good evening workout everyday.  For that, I'm really going to need to keep myself fueled.  A few days ago, I did not drink any water and I headed out for my 6 miles.  By the time I was done, I was ready to drop.  I was so weak and dehydrated, it was not funny.  When I don't eat enough, I'll feel weak also.  Very important health tip, keep plenty of water in your system and when working out, especially workouts that last hours in a day, you need to keep yourself energized with healthy foods and foods that have lots of protein.  That'll really help you burn off fat.

Ok, today was good.  I hope tomorrow is just as good.  Long week to go.  Goodnight!
