This morning was tough! I woke up with a killer headache. It was really bothering me. I woke up, did some stretches and then I headed out and did my 6 miles. Once I started walking, my head felt a lot better. After I finished and got home, though, it started coming back. Right now, it's still lingering on the backside of my head. I hate these headaches. Lees said she thinks it's a tension headache. Ugh!
I didn't go to church today. I'm low on gas and my head just wasn't feeling too hot. Instead, I stayed home, ate a sandwich and just tried to get my head back to normal. I hate headaches. They really screw with your entire day and you can't really enjoy anything. Leg aches, or any other aches are....well no wait, I take that back. I had severe toothaches this past spring. So bad that I couldn't sleep. They almost made me cry because of how damn painful they were. Can you believe that?! Here I am, a grown man with pretty awesome strength, but I got my ass kicked by a toothache so bad it almost made me cry. That will give you some idea as to how painful it was. They were caused by broken teeth. I actually had two broken teeth. One on each side of my mouth. The pain was so bad that I had them pull out the tooth. I didn't care! So, now I'm missing two teeth in my mouth. It's cool though because the first was a wisdom tooth way in the back. The second is a tooth on the side of my mouth, so you can't really notice it unless I open my mouth and pull back the skin on my face and actually show it. Anyway, so that was the worst pain ever. This headache is nothing compared to that, happy to say.
Well I don't have much more to say. I'm just really hitting my 6 miles every morning now. It's crazy that I'm getting used to doing it all at once. I just hope that it's doing me some good. Crazy to think that, but damn 4 pounds gained even after doing this...I still don't believe that. How can you possibly put on weight when you're doing 6 miles per day. Crazy! Well, I'll sleep off this headache now. Goodnight!
