Yup, the title says it all! Rest Day!!! I really needed this day. Yesterday my leg was aching so bad. Today I wanted to sleep in late, but what happens, I get up early. 4:30am to be exact! Crazy, but I used that time to catch up on some stuff. That really took it's toll on my later in the day, though. I was so tired about 2pm. I stayed up though. I didn't wanna sleep during the day!
I spent the day just relaxing. My legs got that rest they so deserved. It was nice not walking or putting any strain on myself today. Just an easy going day. Oh ya, I finally got that gallon water jug so now I'm measuring the water I'm taking in daily. It's so much easier that way! I've also been eating pretty good. Last night, we had fish. No breaded stuff on it, just home cooked fish with lemon. Today we had chicken. Same, no breaded stuff, just the meat with some lemon and herbs flavoring. It was sooo good. You know, it's pretty good eating healthy. I would take today's meal over a big fat juicy hamburger anyday, especially that fish from last night. It was so good!!!!
Well, tomorrow I'm back at it starting at 5:30 in the morning. I felt so bad for my dogs. They just stayed home all day. They usually have their time away from home on our morning walks. Well, they'll get their exercise tomorrow. It's funny, my clothes are really getting loose on me. I walk around and my shorts start to fall off, especially if I have my phone in my pockets. It's tough walking around in them. I keep having to pull up my shorts. One of these days I'll be walking around in town and pretty soon I'll feel a breeze, then I'll look down and see my shorts down at my feet hahaha!!! I needa get some new clothes soon.
Ok, that was my day! I hope tomorrow is just as good. Gonna be a busy one tomorrow morning. Now, I'm gonna drink some water, maybe have a light snack and hit the sack. Goodnight!

Day Ninety Three
Today is my sixth day of doing 6 miles. Lisa brought some interesting facts to my attention today. I have walked 36 miles in the last six days. Whoa!!!! 36 miles!!! I never really looked at it like that. She has only done 18 miles. Unlike me, she only does 3 miles every day. She cannot do 6 miles, in fact no one can. None that I know of. My family and some who've heard, they think I'm crazy for doing 6 miles per day. They can't believe it. I didn't think it was that big a deal, but now that Lisa put it as a whole, then yeah I can definitely see it now. Dang! 36 miles lol. It's mindblowing. Makes me wonder how the hell did I put on 4 pounds in 12 days though! I really don't believe that. I think that's false. I mean, it takes a lot to put on a pound, much less 4 pounds. There's no way I put on 4 pounds in 12 days, that's just freakin crazy and unbelievable. I did not share this in my earlier blogs since that one when I told my last weight, which was 4 pounds heavier. The other day, I was on my walk and thinking. That's all I do is think when I'm out there. Anyway, I thought how could it have been possible for me to put on 4 pounds and in 12 days?! The only thing I could think of was that it was my eating...which honestly hasn't even been that bad. But that week during VBS at our church, I did eat a few sweet treats, only because that's what they served over there. Every other day I had a cup of their juice, which omg was too sweet. They killed it with sugar. I could only drink a tiny cup of it because it was just too sweet. The little kids loved it, but me, yuck! Anyway, they had cookies and stuff like that which they served, but we're talking like two cookies and a tiny cup of juice. That's it! The big crazy one, however, was Lisa birthday on the 18th. Our eating was really bad that day! We ate breakfast at the casino here, then we went to a movie and drank Diet Coke, but we had popcorn. Then afterwards, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and ate lunch. We had some of their signature wings. It's a new restaurant here and that was our first time eating there. She wanted to go there on her birthday! Also, that evening, I had her pick out a cake she wanted. She wanted an ice cream cake at Dairy Queen so we went over there. She picked out a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cake. Oh man, now that was super sweet. It was a huge cake too. No nutritional facts on it though so I have no idea how many calories it had, but if a small snickers bar has 250 to 400 calories, I'm sure that cake was really really really high in calories. The following week we ate a restaurants in town twice. We had two big hamburgers. Yeah, I know. Totally failed my dieting that week, but it was her birthday and it was kinda our reward, I was thinking at the time, for busting our butts the past two months. I didn't think it was hurting anything, plus everyday this was happening, I was still doing my 6 miles each morning. I figured, any extra calories that I was taking in, I'd burn it off on the morning walk/run. Another thing was that both Lisa and I probably had a slice of that cake each day following her birthday, just so we could try and finish it because it was a big cake. Well, from all I can possibly think of, maybe that's how I put on 4 pounds in 12 days, because of that cake. That was the conclusion I came to because there was really no other explanation for it. So, earlier this week, I told Lisa NO MORE and I tossed the rest of that cake in the trash. I also cut out our hamburger/restaurant eating. My birthday is coming up next week and I told Lisa that I did not want a cake, instead I wanted her to come up with an alternative, something cool and interesting and way WAY less calories than a cake. I've had enough cake to last the rest of the year, honestly, with Lisa's birthday cake. But yeah, that's what I've concluded. I need to really watch what I eat. I still don't believe that even that cake put 4 pounds on my body. No way, especially not with me doing 6 miles daily! Then again, maybe it's muscle build! Could possibly be. Maybe my legs put on 4 pounds of muscle since I've been doing 6 miles every day all at once. That's another possibility, though I'm not going to go around saying that's what it is because I don't want to give myself false hope. I'm just going to see it as weight gain and I'm going to work my butt off to lose those pounds again.
Ok, so that was my explanation for my weight gain. It's either fat built up from that crazy Ice Cream cake, or it's muscle build. Either way, I will deal with it. This evening, my left leg really started aching. I've been doing 6 miles for the past 6 days. I think it's time for a rest day tomorrow. Usually when my leg is aching like this, that's my body telling me it's had it for the week and that I need to take it easy for a day, let it recharge. So, that's what I'm gonna do tomorrow. Oh and on worser shit news, my favorite wrestling company TNA IMPACTwrestling, well there are rumors going around that SpikeTV is going to cancel their weekly show. Some crazy TMZ reported that earlier this week and the whole internet world went wild with it. I don't believe they're going to get canceled though. I have faith that TNA will be around for a long, long time. SpikeTV is just trying to get lower rates from TNA, is what I believe. Even if Spike doesn't renew with TNA, they'll find another network that'll pick up the show. I love TNA and I love all the talent they have. I would not want to see all those ppl out of a job. They have familes to support too so I pray that TNA gets thru this and grows into a more successful company in the years to come. Goodnight!

Day Ninety Two
Up at 5:30am today once again and did my 6 miles. It's really cool, my body has just been waking itself up the same time every morning. I just crave that walking. It really energizes my body and throughout the rest of the day, I'm good to go. I did a bit of running today, it was pretty Awesome. I find that I can run a longer distance now and that my "light" jogging pace got much faster. Before, my light jog was pretty slow, more like a slightly quicker walk. Now, my light jogging is pretty quick. When Lisa runs with me during my light jogging, she's practically running. That's how quick I'm getting. My legs are defintely stronger than they've ever been and I'm so happy about that!
Lisa was in Zombie-Mode today! She worked graveyards Sunday night, then Monday she worked graveyards again so when she got home this morning, she came with me when I started mile 4 and she walked out the rest of my walk with me. She was so tired. Since today was her day off, she really tried to stay up. She lasted only half the day though, then she clunked out. I don't blame her. She's been goin thru some crap at work and it's really been taking it's toll on her. I can't wait until I get my CDL license so I can bring in the money while she just focuses on school. That'll be great!
My dogs have really gotten used to coming with me in the mornings. Our newest family member, Cooper, he's really taken to it well. It's Amazing on how obedient he is and how loving he is. He's so nice to my cats that even my kittens are starting to like him. He's such a great dog and it's a real blessing from God that Cooper has been doing so well with us. Cody is really starting to get used to him as well, but Cody is really nice with other dogs. He's not mean or hateful. He does get jealous though when Cooper tries to get more attention. Then Cody will come over and push him out of the way so he can get pets and love from Lees and I lol. It's pretty cute!
Ok, another great day! I sure hope my daily exercise is helping my weight. I'm not going to check it for a while. No matter what, I'm going to keep up my Fyrescape. Only 92 days down. I'm not done until April 28th of 2015. We shall see ;) Goodnight!

Day Ninety One
Woke up early today and did my 6 miles. My legs are surprisingly holding out strong! I even did a little running today, I'm so proud. When I first started this 6 mile walk all at once, by the end of the walk my legs were so tired. They were aching and my feet felt completely worn out. Now, I feel strong! My legs feel strong and my feet feel nothing when I'm done. Now, I'm adding running in there. Totally Superman Mode, dang ;)
I'm getting back to drinking water again. I'm going to get back to drinking a gallon of water per day! That's what is recommended. You needa drink a gallon per day, atleast! I need to get a gallon jug so I can measure my water intake per day. I was planning on buying one last week, but I didn't get to. That will help best, especially when you're trying to keep up with it. Sometime this week, I'm going to do that. I've just been drinking cups per day but I have no idea if it's a gallon or not.
Well, that damn headache is still bothering me. You believe that?! Dang it's two days now that I've felt it. It's not really bad, just light but it's really aggravating because it's like this small irritation that just won't seem to go away. Pisses me off! Anyway, I took some aspirin...again. I kept up my eating too. Oh yeah, I read that when you're doing lots of exercise, your body needs fuel so you have to constantly eat! No that doesn't mean hamburgers every hour, or pizza. You do, however, need to keep your body hydrated and fueled, especially when you're working hard. I'm building myself up to doing 6 miles in the morning and a good evening workout everyday. For that, I'm really going to need to keep myself fueled. A few days ago, I did not drink any water and I headed out for my 6 miles. By the time I was done, I was ready to drop. I was so weak and dehydrated, it was not funny. When I don't eat enough, I'll feel weak also. Very important health tip, keep plenty of water in your system and when working out, especially workouts that last hours in a day, you need to keep yourself energized with healthy foods and foods that have lots of protein. That'll really help you burn off fat.
Ok, today was good. I hope tomorrow is just as good. Long week to go. Goodnight!

Day Ninety
This morning was tough! I woke up with a killer headache. It was really bothering me. I woke up, did some stretches and then I headed out and did my 6 miles. Once I started walking, my head felt a lot better. After I finished and got home, though, it started coming back. Right now, it's still lingering on the backside of my head. I hate these headaches. Lees said she thinks it's a tension headache. Ugh!
I didn't go to church today. I'm low on gas and my head just wasn't feeling too hot. Instead, I stayed home, ate a sandwich and just tried to get my head back to normal. I hate headaches. They really screw with your entire day and you can't really enjoy anything. Leg aches, or any other aches are....well no wait, I take that back. I had severe toothaches this past spring. So bad that I couldn't sleep. They almost made me cry because of how damn painful they were. Can you believe that?! Here I am, a grown man with pretty awesome strength, but I got my ass kicked by a toothache so bad it almost made me cry. That will give you some idea as to how painful it was. They were caused by broken teeth. I actually had two broken teeth. One on each side of my mouth. The pain was so bad that I had them pull out the tooth. I didn't care! So, now I'm missing two teeth in my mouth. It's cool though because the first was a wisdom tooth way in the back. The second is a tooth on the side of my mouth, so you can't really notice it unless I open my mouth and pull back the skin on my face and actually show it. Anyway, so that was the worst pain ever. This headache is nothing compared to that, happy to say.
Well I don't have much more to say. I'm just really hitting my 6 miles every morning now. It's crazy that I'm getting used to doing it all at once. I just hope that it's doing me some good. Crazy to think that, but damn 4 pounds gained even after doing this...I still don't believe that. How can you possibly put on weight when you're doing 6 miles per day. Crazy! Well, I'll sleep off this headache now. Goodnight!

Day Eighty Nine
Omgosh, well today I did it...I checked my weight. I'm at 329lbs. Yup....I know! I can't believe it either. I gained 4 pounds since July 14. This really freaks me out. Especially since I've been doing the full 6 miles every morning. Well, I'll need to figure some things out. I'm not giving up! Heck No!!! These are the trials and hardships you deal with when losing weight. That's why so many people just end up giving up. I will not! Honestly, I can bet it's because of my eating. Also, yes I'm doing 6 miles but that's all I've been doing. The past several days I've been using the word Xtreme. Well, I took that off my blogs. I haven't been doing Xtreme and I won't use that word until I feel I'm actually doing it. I think my heart fell out of my Fyrescape. I probably wanted it too bad and just because I got smaller and people are complimenting me, I made the mistake of slacking off, thinking I was at my goal. Big mistake!!! I'm nowhere near my goal and I need to get back to busting my ass!!!!
I will get my heart back into it and I will be at the two hundred pound range before you know it. Don't forget to always put your faith and trust in God. That alone will help you accomplish your goals. I will try even harder. Every day. Same Goal.
Goodnight!!

Day Eighty Eight
Today was a typical day of exercise. I did 6 miles this morning, the usual. It got pretty hot out but I needed to get it done. I wanted to check my weight but honestly, I'm scared. I can almost bet it's the same. I'm trying to resist the urge but idk how much longer I can hold off.
So Lisa had to go to work early for a meeting so I did my walk solo today. After I got home, I quickly got ready and headed to the theater. I met Lisa there and we went in to watch, Hercules!!!! My dad and brother got there late. They had just walked in as it was starting. It was an Awesome movie. Dwayne Johnson is a really great actor! He really brought that character to life. Everyone enjoyed it. After the movie, I took Lees to lunch at Si Senors. We had a nice yummy hamburger. Afterwards, I went home and Lees went to work. She's been so busy with work this past week I'm surprised she's keeping up with her running. I'm very proud of her!
Ok, I have a confession! My eating has not been good. That first month of Fyrescape I was eating good. I ate lean meat, salad, veggies and water. Lately my food has not been good, especially since Lisa's bday. I need to get back to eating right! I guess that's why I've been scared to check my weight. I'm keeping up my 6 mile walks but with my weird body, that may not be enough.
Ok, that's all I got for today. Goodnight!

Day Eighty Seven
Ok, so I woke up early this morning! My body seems to be timed now. I get up at 5:30 every morning now. Soon as I got up, I checked my leg. It felt Great! No aches, no pain, no tension. I took my time getting ready, then before I headed out, I did some stretches. Then I went out and did 6 miles. I walked a bit different route today, but it was still the same distance. I really enjoyed it. Lisa came with me and I was walking so fast that I actually caught up to her. She ran the 3 miles, but she was pretty tired still so she couldn't do the whole thing this time. I felt really strong! I even managed to add a few light runs in there today. Not a whole lot, just some. Mainly to test my legs and they still felt strong, so I'm very happy about that.
After the morning exercise, Lees and I got ready. I talked to my dad when I met him out there on my walk this morning. They're planning on watching Hercules tomorrow starring The Rock. I'm very excited, so Lees and I headed into town. We went to the mall and bought tickets for the early showing tomorrow. That's the plan! It's gonna be a great movie. My dad and brother are going also. They bought their tickets after we did so we're planning on meeting them up there in the morning. There's also plans to go to Capote Lake, Colorado this weekend. I really wanetd to go and had made plans, but I ran out of money :( Yeah, that's life. Sometimes it happens. So that puts a damper on my weekend plans. I really wanted to go out there, but I probably won't until my birthday next month. We'll see what happens.
Well I spent the rest of the day keeping busy. My legs feel great tonight. Not tired at all. I was worried they'd start aching again because seriously, 6 miles every morning, that's a lot. Even dad said that this morning. But, if you want maximum results, you've gotta put in maximum effort!!!!
Ok, I'm pretty tired so I'm gonna turn in soon. Goodnight!

Day Eighty Six - REST DAY
Yeah, it's kinda soon for a rest day, but hey, take it from me; If you are in pain, especially in your legs, I don't care what fitness person out there tells you to push it, DO NOT PUSH IT!!! Meaning, if your legs or especially your knees, are in pain, stay off of it. Go easy and sure as heck, don't go running/walking! This morning, my leg was aching really bad, not just like a regular ache, but I'm talkin I felt tension from my knee down to my foot. It hurt if I put too much pressure on it. I woke up this morning, got my gear on, was just about to head out the door, when I felt the pain. It was hard walking around quick this morning, so once I really felt it while trying to tie my shoes, I knew that I needed to hang back today and let it heal up. That's what I did.
Throughout the day, my leg felt sore! I don't know why, or how it happened. Maybe it was the walk yesterday. I don't know, but I am going to take it easy tomorrow. I'm not going to walk too fast. Hopefully it's all better because I don't want to take another rest day. I didn't really wanna take one today, but I knew I needed to because of the pain I was feeling. When I'm on my way home, on that last mile (6th mile) my legs feel pretty tired and my feet, oh man, they feel super tired. It feels so good to stretch and sit down, once I get back home.
Well, not much to report today! Just that I didn't do my walk. Now that it's dark, I can report that my leg does feel a bit better. Tomorrow, we shall see. Goodnight!

Day Eight Five
Woke up early...too early! I wanted to get my walk done though so I took off. I did 6 miles. I added some slight running in there. Not a lot, just like a few strides up some of the hills. By the end of the sixth mile, my legs were really tired. I'm glad I got it done. I almost dropped though lol. Not literally, I was just so tired and dehydrated. I hadn't drank any water before I left so at the end of my walk, I was super thirsty. I came home and Lisa got me a big cup of water. One little tip that I'd like to share, for those who may not know, if you're in the middle of your workout, don't drink too much water. No matter how thirsty you are, drink slow and don't drink too much. Seriously, that'll really screw up your workout! It practically slows down your body so it's hard to really finish out anything. Even if you're done, don't drink a whole lot of water. I've done that and it will actually hurt your stomach for a bit by getting too much water in there. Just go easy!
Well, my left knee was really bothering me today. It's not actually my knee, it's a small spot below it, over toward the side. Lisa says she thinks it's the part of the knee that connects the tendon down to my foot. It was really aching today! We went to town this afternoon and I bought a couple of movies, Sabatoge and Transcendence. We watched them and the whole movie, I was sitting on the floor stretching out my leg. Dang it was really bothering me. I decided that if it's still hurting tomorrow, I'm taking a rest day! That 6 miles really gets tough and with the way my knee is feeling, walking that entire walk, that's really gonna make it hurt. So yeah, we'll see what happens.
Ok, that's all for today! I'm feeling good and Lisa says it really looks like I'm dropping weight. She's very happy for me. I am too, though I'm not done until I'm done, and even after that, my health watch will never stop. Goodnight!

Day Eighty Four
Today was the start of my new week! I did 6 miles this morning. After the walk, I was feeling good. Most the day I was strong and my legs were feeling good. Up until, that is, around mid-afternoon. Then my legs came crashing down. My legs were really bombed. My left leg was aching and my knee was feelin pretty weak.
So that sux! I think I'm gonna go ahead and spend one more week just doing the 6 miles in the morning. Hopefully by next week, I'll be ready to roll. I really want to get into DDPyoga, but dang I really don't wanna put too much pressure on my legs. That 6 miles in the morning, that really does a number on you when you do it day after day.
The rest of my day was spent doing some computer work. I hope tomorrow is much more productive. That's about all I have for today. I'm gonna do some leg stretches before bed. Goodnight!

Day Eighty Three - REST DAY
Today was a much needed rest day! Here it is, nightime and my legs feel so relaxed.
Today, I slept until 8am. Wow!!! I haven't slept that late in a while. I'm always getting up at 6 every morning, sometimes 5:30 so I can get my 6 miles done early. So today was a real treat. I did not do much at all today. Lees and I went to church this morning. It was good. Central Baptist went on home on Saturday. I believe they hung around for most the morning, going shopping at places nearby before heading out. It was such a blessing to have them all here. Hopefully next year, they'll be here again. We shall see!
After service, we had sandwiches and fellowship with all our members. Everyone enjoyed that! It was nice to see ppl talking, laughing and just getting along having a great time. When we came home finally, I cleaned up and Lisa did some posts on the church FB page, then she went to bed. She's gotta go back to work tonight, graveyards. She's gonna have a tough two days because she's working graveyards tonight, then tomorrow morning when she gets off, she's gotta come straight home and go to sleep because she's gotta work the evening shift tomorrow so yeah, she's in for a tough time. I feel bad for her sometimes. I wish she could just quit work and go to school full time. She's actually planning that this coming spring semester, or maybe it'll be next fall. I'm going to fully pay for her expenses so she can just quit work and focus on her nursing classes. I'm looking forward to that!
Well this evening, I just got caught up on a lot of computer work that I've been wanting to get done and I caught up with my blogs again. Everything is good to go. Tomorrow, I'll spend the day (after exercising, of course) cleaning up my room. I haven't done that in a long time.
Ok, that's about all for today! It was an enjoyed rest day. Lookin forward to this week. Goodnight!

Day Eighty Two
Woke up at 6am. I felt pretty rested. After that long day yesterday, I really needed a good nights rest. I got up feeling energized, so right off, I got washed up, dressed, then headed out and did my 6 miles. Lisa got up too and ran 3 miles. Afterwards, we felt great! I noticed that I'm not tired anymore, not like I used to be after doing 6 miles. Dang those first few days, that really wore me out! My legs were so tired and sore. Now, they feel good, like I really did something.
When we got back, we both showered, got ready. We were getting ready for the movie at 11:40am. Before we left, though, Lisa got a call from her family saying that her grandma took off from the house. They didn't know where she went and she was on foot. Everyone panicked and was frantic tryna find her. So because of that, Lisa didn't go to the movies with us. Instead, I called my brother and told him that my dad can use her ticket. So, it was just the boys today. My dad, me and my brother. We all went to see, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. It was my second time seeing it and their first time. Dad bought me a Diet Coke. They got regular Cokes and Popcorn. It was a great movie! They both really enjoyed it. My dad said it was an Awesome movie and he's already looking forward to more sequels. My brother said it was the best movie he'd seen in a long time. I was happy! I love hearing that kind of stuff when I shell out money to take them to the movies. Remember that last movie I took them to see, they didn't seem like they liked it. Well this one, they both really loved.
After the movie, we all went to have lunch at Si Senors here in town. It was good! I was starving, really bad. I felt I was running on empty. I did 6 miles this morning and then after I got ready and left. I didn't eat anything so yeah my body was pretty hungry for energy. I went ahead and ordered a hamburger. I drank water with lemon. I down two tall cups of water. I was thirsty. Just a Diet Coke from ealier so I was really wanting some water. If I don't get enough water now, my body really craves it. I've drank so much that now, that's the only thing that really quenches my thirst.
Lisa didn't come to lunch with us. Only my mom met us there. Lisa's family found her grandma. It's a long story there and since it's really Lisa's buisness, I'm not going to write more about it here. So after Lisa was done with her situation, she called me and told me that she was super hungry. We all had just finished up our lunch and were leaving the restaurant. So, I told her to go ahead and come over to the same place and meet me. I told her I'd buy her lunch, so she did. My mom, dad and brother left. I stayed there and when Lisa got there, I bought her lunch. It was funny being in there again at a different table lol. The cashier girl seemed to like me though, which was cool, though I think she thought Lees and I were a couple, which is what everyone thinks. Nope, we're just best friends but no one believes nor understands that, I guess. Oh well, that's their problem, not mine.
After lunch, we came home and just relaxed. I made sure Cody and Cooper had water and shade, as I always do. It gets to hot out there so I always have to make sure my animals are ok. We hung out and relaxed all evening long. I took a nap for a couple hours. I was totally beat! We had a long day yesterday and today was pretty wild also. When I woke up, we decided to go to Walmart and buy some dinner. We did that! I also bought a movie, JAWS, which we watched when we got home, and I bought myself a really cool Ninja Turtles tshirt. It's a really nice shirt. The turtles are on the front of the shirt and it's a picture of them as they were drawn in the old comics by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman. It's a really nice faded black and gray shirt with a black n white drawing. The only thing that's in color are the eye masks the turtles are wearing. The shirt is an XL because that was the only size they had. I wear XXL tshirts but they are getting loose now that I'm dropping weight. So, it's a great shirt to have and I plan to fit into it comfortably by either the end of this year, or next year. Definitely I'll be wearing it full-time by next summer. So as Lisa said, it'll be there waiting for me. It was the Only shirt like it there so i'm so glad I got it.
Tomorrow, I'm taking it easy and preping myself for the upcoming week. It was a great day! Goodnight ;)

Day Eighty One - Skye's Birthday
Today is Lisa's Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday to my Best Pal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a great day! I didn't dedicate too much of today to exercise. I figured that being Lisa's day, we were both entitled to an easy one. So this morning, I just did 3 miles. Lisa was going to walk, but after I got back from my 3 miles. I was about to head out again with her, but I got a call from my dad asking me if I could go to the church and haul off their trash because the VBS ppl didn't know what to do with it. I told him I would, but that I would have to do it quick because it was Lisa's birthday and that we had stuff planned that she wanted to do. I'm pretty sure they forgot that today was the day. So I didn't go on my 6 miles. Just did 3. A few moments later, my dad calls back and said that I didn't need to worry about the trash, that he'd get my brother to do it. I was so glad! He said to spend the day with Lisa, which was the plan.
After that, instead on finishing out my 6 miles and Lisa running her 3, we got ready then I took her to breakfast. She wanted to go to restaurants that she'd never been to. So, for breakfast, we went to the Northern Edge Casino. I heard the food was good there from just about everyone I know. We cruised up there and ate. The restaurant itself was closed, just the food court was open. We got food....ugh it was terrible! It tasted really undercooked and the hashbrowns that I ordered tasted like rubber. They must've been old and just reheated. They sure as heck weren't fresh! We were very disappointed in the food. So we got a drink, then we played the slots for a bit. We won some, lost some. We only played 20 bucks. Nothin more. Afterwards, we left and went to the church. We caught a few minutes of the last day of VBS. I didn't stay inside with Lisa long because my dad needed help. My brother was finally hauling off the trash and they asked me for my straps so they could tie the trash cans down. I went out there and helped them with that. My grandma was starting to get all dictative with me again, as she always does. I get so tired of being the ONLY one who she calls to do anything! Oh man, she used to be really bad long time ago. One day, here's a small example, she came to my apartment in town in the middle of the day. She opens my door, without knocking, waltzes right in, she tosses her damn keys in my lap, then says "here go wash my car and check the oil" then she takes off her glasses and lies on my other couch and goes to sleep. WTF!!!! That's exactly how bad she got at one point. I got so sick of how bad she was getting that one day I had enough and I got into it with her. I yelled at her and we got in a huge argument. We didn't talk for about 2 months. It was awful. Anyway, I put her in her place so now, she doesn't treat me that way anymore, but every now and then, I see glimpses of how she used to be in the little things she does and says. It's just something I gotta watch out for.
Anyway, after we left the church, Lisa wanted to go see a movie so we headed up to the theater and we watched, The Purge: Anarchy. It was pretty crazy! Intense movie. I'd say it was way better than the first one. We both enjoyed it. Lisa liked the dude who played the main character lol. I treated both of us to Diet Coke and Popcorn during the movie. Afterwards, she was hungry since she didn't eat any of the horrible breakfast from earlier. So, I took her to a brand new restaurant that just opened recently, Buffalo Wild Wings. That place was Awesome!! I really enjoyed it in there. The service was really great. The food was excellent! We had a great time. Some of the wings we ordered were spicy and it was so fun watching Lisa eat those. She really went all out on her 29th birthday. By the time we were done eating, she wanted to go home lol. Her mouth was burning and her stomach was turning. She had fun though. It was a very fun day! She even saw some of her work buddies in there. After, went went home. I tended to my dogs, making sure they had plenty of shade and water. We blasted the A/C and Lisa went to lay down for a bit to settle her stomach. I caught up on my blogs and let her rest.
About an hour later, we got ready and left again. We headed up to the bank, then it was time to buy Lisa some birthday gifts. Rather than buying her stuff this year and wrapping them up as gifts, I instead decided to take her to stores and buy her things directly. I never know what she likes anyway. Our first stop was Hastings because she's really into books. She wanted a certain book. We spend a while in there while she looked for her book, which she ended up Not finding. So we left. The revival at our church was about to start and it was the last one of the week. Central Baptist would be heading home tomorrow so Lisa wanted to go to that. We had invited my mom, dad, brother and my grandma to our place later that night for ice cream cake, which is what Lisa had wanted. So after Hastings, we headed over to Dairy Queen and I got Lisa a really nice ice cream cake which she picked out. I had her nickname, Skye, written on it. It was really nice and she loved it. By this point, it was almost 7pm. We raced home, straightened up the place, then put her cake in the freezer and we got ready. We headed to church and sat in for the last day of Revival. It was good! We were late, but we still caught a good amount of it. After service, everyone said their goodbyes to Central Baptist and thanked them for coming out. It seems that we are planning to have them back next summer, which I hope is the case because they do such a wonderful job.
Lisa talked to some of the ppl she grew to know and said her goodbyes to them. Me, I really like those ppl, but they seem kinda awkward around me lol. Well, the girls do. Shy, in a way. That's ok though, I don't mind. When I was a teenager, there was an thing that happened between me and this girl from Central Baptist named, Krista. She was this beautiful girl that really liked me, and I, her. We really hit it off....the only problem was I was almost 19 at the time and she was really young, which I did not know because she didn't tell me. She was aparently only like 13 or 14. That was crazy! She didn't look that young. She looked like she was 17, maybe 18...but no. So when I tried looking up her number by calling Everyone, then eventually calling her...oh my gosh, yeah that looked really bad. I was calling a girl who was way WAY too young for me at the time. She was just a kid, and I had already been out of high school for a year. I graduated when I was 17. Dang! Our friendship ended not too long after that and we never spoke again. I didn't find out how old she was then until several years later. I saw her on myspace one day and I saw her age. She was alot younger than me so I calculated her age and how old she was back then when I met her and yup, she was only like 13 or 14. My gosh, I was so embarassed. When we became myspace friends, I told her that I was sorry for all that and I told her that I wanted to apologize to her family if I could because I didn't realize she was as young as she was and that I should've stayed away from her in that way. Well, she deleted me off her friends list right after I said that and she never spoke to me again. Yeah, so that was all on her. She was married at the time and had kids too, so anyway.
Ok I'm rambling on about that. Anyway, after church we headed to Walmart. I still wanted to buy Lisa some gifts. We got there and bought some stuff like plates, cups and Diet Dr. Pepper to serve when we had cake. It was pretty late already. By this point, it was 9:20pm. We walked around after that and Lisa chose to have makeup as her gifts. That was so weird for me! I'm sure standing in the makeup section with her while she picked out what she wanted. She's all excited. Me, I have no idea what any of that stuff was. She's asking me about this and that. I'm like, ok whatever, all this stuff looks the same to me. She said she wanted something for her lips so I picked out this nice looking color and said, here what about this one?! She looks at me oddly then says, "That's nail polish" ...oh. It was funny! Well she picked out all the stuff she wanted. She was very happy and excited. After that we left. By the time we got home, it was just about 10pm. We got everything ready and called to make sure they were all coming. Finally, sometime after 10, they all finally showed up. My mom and dad were still with Central Baptist at the church.
We all had cake. I put 29 candles on Lisa's cake and lit them all up. We sang Happy Birthday to her and I had her put on these birthday shades I bought her at Walmart that had guitars on them hahaha. They looked so funny! She wore those before blowing out her candles and I took a couple pix of her. It was so fun! We ate cake and had good, funny conversation. My mom and dad bought Lisa a cookbook and a set of nice bowls, or dishes. Something like that. Also, earlier today when we watched The Purge. We bought tickets for tomorrow to go see, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, again. I was going to take my brother to see it along with Lisa. My dad decided to go also so I planned to buy him a ticket tomorrow. We made those plans, then everyone left. We cleaned up the kitchen a bit, then we both sat down finally and watched a bit of TNA IMPACTwrestling. I didn't get thru a lot of it because I was so tired.
That was the day! Lisa had a wonderful birthday. Not only was it fun for her, but for me also! I always enjoy giving Lisa a great day and today was Awesome!! She had so much fun and she was very happy. I'm glad to have given her a beautiful day and I thank God that He blessed us with a very cherished and memorable day! I wish Lisa many more Awesome years!
Happy Birthday, Lees!!!!!! Goodnight ;)

Day Eighty
Woke up early, as usual. Right off I did 6 miles again, Woohoo!!!! I didn't take a rest day like I wanted. I made up my mind to push myself. I did something different today though. Instead of just getting up and going. I took my time and before I left, I did some good stretches. I got my legs really warmed up, as well as my feet. I went out there and did my walk. After the first 3 miles, I sat down on my truck tailgate and stretched out my legs and my feet for about ten minutes. I got them really loose, then I headed back out and did finished out my 6 miles. That felt so Amazing on my legs. When I got back, I was tired, but a normal tired. My legs weren't worn out like the past few days. They felt great, strong and well exercised! It was a great feeling.
The rest of the day was busy. My dad wanted me to bring the cooking grills, both his and my grandpa's, to church so my dad and our Pastor could cook for Central Baptist. They were going to have a big cookout that afternoon. My dad is still healing up from his heart surgery. Yup, 3 months later, his chest is still weak. That is some serious stuff. He's slowly coming along and he's really been exercising by going on walks just about every morning. I've been seeing him out there when I'm on mine. That's great for him! Anyway, so when we got home, Lees and I got ready and then we headed to my dad's and picked up his grill, loaded it up in my truck then hauled it to church. I unloaded my grandpa's grill, and my dad's. Afterwards, I gased up my truck, then got some water for the VBS, so yeah it was a pretty hectic day!
This evening was fun, we went to the revival. Our Pastor Johnson preached again tonight! His messages are powerful and full of energy. Everyone loves him! He brings out the Best in us, which is just what God wants, I believe! It's Awesome. We had refreshments and fellowship tonight, as we do everynight after the service. Everyone took pix! Tomorrow is the last day of VBS, it's also Lisa's Birthday!!!!! It's gonna be a great day!
TNA IMPACTwrestling showed tonight! The return of the 6-sided ring is tonight. TNA uses a six sided ring which makes them different from EVERY other wrestling company out there in the world, including the wwe. That's what really put them out there when they first started. When that idiot hulk hogan came into the company a few years back, he took away the six sided ring and went to the traditional four sided ring and TNA has used that ever since. Well, hogan is gone now and TNA decided to bring back their 6-sided ring! Yay!!!!! I'm super excited. The company is really coming along and I'm very happy for what's in store for the future of the company.
Ok, that's all I've got for today! Gotta rest up. Gonna be a long but fun day tomorrow ;)
Goodnight!

Day Seventy Nine
My legs were rested this morning, thankfully! Went out and did 6 miles this morning. It was tough, but more tolerable than yesterday. After coming home, we got ready. We headed to VBS today and again, we had an Awesome time. It's great having this new breath of life in our church. The revival tonight was also very great! The Central Baptist pastor spoke today! It was great. He's a very good man and our Pastor always introduces him before he speaks, giving him full respect. That is Amazing!
My legs sure feel tired again. Not quite as tired as the other day, but pretty tired. They were kinda aching earlier. I went easy and I've gotta say, this evening my knees were hurting. I really wanna take a rest day tomorrow because I don't know if I can do another 6 miles in the morning. But, I prayed to God and asked for strength. We'll see how I am because I really wanna push myself. This is what pushing myself is all about. Getting the absolute Best out of my body and reaching my goal quickly because at the rate I was going before, I am not going to reach the two hundred range before September. I can't have that! So, I'm going to keep on keepin on.
Another great day of VBS and Fyrescape. Time for my much needed rest! Goodnight!

Day Seventy Eight
Ok, I did 6 miles this morning. I tell you what, it was tough. I mean, I did 6 miles the other day, but I got a whole hour rest in between my two walks only because I was waiting on Lisa to get home. Today, ugh, I only got a ten minute rest between sets. My legs are so tired and sore. I was too tired to do any other workout this evening.
After today, I realized that I need time to get my body used to this first. So, I decided to make this week only about my walking. I'm going to do 6 miles every morning this week and that will be it for the day. I need to get my body used to this. If I add too much on to it, I'm afraid I'll wear myself out. I don't want that, because seriously, my legs are super tired. I'm tired too, so tired that I'm going to bed early tonight!
We went to bible school today and it was very nice there! All the ppl from Oklahoma are so passionate about reaching kids for God. It's Amazing to see that! We had a great time. Lisa is finally on vacation now. She was totally up and energized today. She also did some running. She runs 3 miles. She cannot do 6 miles. That completely wears her out. She can't see how I do 6 miles all at once. I told her, it's not easy. I'm still getting used to it. We also went to the revival tonight and our Pastor Johnson, he preached today. It was a powerful message and everyone loved it! He's a good man and we are proud to have him there!
Ok, that's all I've got energy for right now. I need to rest up for tomorrow. My legs need lots of rest. 6 miles again tomorrow morning ;) Goodnight!

Day Seventy Seven - REST DAY
Ok, today was kinda tough for me! Lisa worked last night so she came home in total Zombie-Mode. We got into an argument, blah. I hate when that happens. It's cool though and we worked it out as we always do! One thing I learned about myself today...I still weigh the same! What?! Yup, I still weighed in at 325lbs. What is the deal?? I weighed 325lbs on June 28. Here it is, 16 days later and I still weight exactly the same. Not a pound less! That really freaked me out!! I've been at it, 6 miles per day.
Well, I'm going to beef up my walks to 6 miles...but all at once. Rather than just do 3 miles in the morning, then 3 miles in the evening. That's going to be my routine and everyday, I'm going to do 6 miles in the morning! I need to get out of the three hundred range. I'm tired of being here! I'm looking really good so it must be my height plus my muscle gain still making me like this because my body feels Amazing and it can do things I couldn't before.
Today I did a short 3/4 mile walk this morning. I didn't intend to, but we did anyway. Afterwards, we came home and got ready. That's when we had the argument :( Oh well, past is past ;) We didn't go to VBS at our church today. Tomorrow for sure. Lisa was too tired to do anything today so she slept all afternoon/evening and all night long.
So today begins a brand new routine. We'll see how it goes. Goodnight!

Day Seventy Six
Today was Amazing! I swear I was in total Superman-Mode. This morning, I woke up at 5:34am. Lisa wasn't gettin off work until 7 so I had some time. I was awake and it was getting light outside. I sure didn't wanna go back to sleep, so I had me a crazy plan. I got up, got dressed, then I headed out with Cody and did my first 3 miles of the day! My feet were feeling great today! No more pain. I guess I walked out all that pain yesterday. It was nice and cool. Still kinda cloudy, so I really enjoyed it. I kept a strong pace. Got my walk done in a little over an hour, like an hour and ten mins. I got home, drank me a tall cup of water, wet my hair, then I sat out on the porch and waited for Lisa to get home. She wanted to go walking with me when she came home so I was going to do my second 3 miles right when she got home.
That plan didn't go exactly the way I wanted it. She never came home. Instead, she called and said she was still at work, an hour later. It was all for good reason though. She had a serious thing happen at work. One of her co-workers had a siezure or some kind of serious health problem. Lisa helped him and was there for him. I was so proud of her. All her co-workers were proud of her and praised her for doing what she did. She's a really great woman and she knows her stuff. She ended up staying at work late because of that. The paramedics had to come and take care of him. It was pretty crazy, apparently. Lisa was supposed to have her vacation starting today, however her boss asked her if she could cover the guy's shift tonight, since he probably wouldn't be able to come in because of that whole health thing. She agreed, so she'll be working one more time tonight, then her vacation starts tomorrow and lasts all week long, til Sunday, I believe.
Anyway, with that said, after she told me, I went ahead and headed out. I did my second 3 miles only one hour after my first 3 miles. Total Beast-Mode!!!! My legs felt strong, my feet felt strong. It was Awesome! I finished out strong too. So, got my 6 miles done before 9:30am. That was a first for me and I was really proud of myself. Lisa was surprised when I told her. She said my legs were definitely getting stronger!
One of the cool things that happened was my mom bought me some new shoes! Yay!! Now I don't have to wear those old ones. So I'll be goin great for a month or so, until I wear them out lol. They are Awesome and feel really comfortable.
Church was Awesome! Central Baptist is here. We greeted them all at church during service today. I feel so much more confident this year because I've lost a lot of weight and my body feels great. I also look a lot smaller. A lot of my family have told me that in the past couple weeks. So, I felt really confident in meeting and greeting everyone. It's great to see. The big surprise is today, we got a new interim pastor. A guy we had been using since we got rid of that crazy pastor, made the decision to be our interim. That was such a blessing to us because he is an Amazing pastor. He preached today and everyone from Central Baptist really liked him and the way he preached. It was just a really great day!
After service, Lisa and I did some things in town, then headed home. We ate a lunch of sandwiches, then Lisa went to bed. She's gotta work tonight to cover for her co-worker so she needed her rest. She was in total Zombie-Mode today hahaha! It was funny watching her. Anyway, she slept and I just hung out at home. I didn't have to do an evening walk because I got my 6 miles done early heh heh heh. I just did a little bit of weed cutting earlier and the rest of the day was spent relaxing. Boy my legs sure are feeling it from this morning. They feel sore and tired lol, but a good tired. Tomorrow, back at it, but I don't think I'm going to do another morning 6 miles. I'll probably split it again...but then again, who knows ;) Ok, that's it for the day. Goodnight!

Day Seventy Five
Ok, so today was pretty tough for me. Got up this morning, then headed out to walk. I didn't get very far from the house when my feet really started feeling cruddy. The blisters I popped yesterday, well they weren't quite healed so walking on them, especially the one on my left foot which was directly under my second small toe, was really painful. Lisa was with me and when she saw me start to hobble, she asked if I needed to take a rest and not walk that morning. I thought about it a bit, then decided that I should just take it easy that morning! I defintely don't wanna make my feet more sore than they already are. It really sux having bad shoes. That's why I got those blisters in the first place. My shoes are so worn out that they are a killer on my feet. I mean, c'mon, 6 miles everyday in those cruddy shoes. Not good! Anyway, we ended up just turning around and I took it easy this morning. Instead, we ate a quick breakfast, then as I mentioned yesterday, we went up town to help her mom move some of her stuff to her new place. That was ok, but man walking around sure didn't help my rest.
Later on in the day, after helping her mom, we got groceries then came home. My dad called me and wanted help at the church, hanging a huge sign up on the outside wall of our church. More walking around. So Lees and I hurried over to the church. Also hard on my feet. When we got there, they had already done the work so we just greeted everyone and visited for a short while, then we headed home. I rested up for a couple hours, then we went up town for a sweet treat! I got an ice cream and DQ. I been craving one so bad for weeks. Figured it was the perfect time to have one since it was a hot summer afternoon. It was getting cloudy too, so it was a nice drive into town.
When we got home, Lisa went to bed because she had to work the graveyard shift. I felt pretty guilty over eating ice cream lol. So, I taped up my toe, put on my other pair of shoes and I headed out to do my first 3 miles of the day. My foot was feeling better so I went ahead and did it. I guess all that running around and walking really hardened my feet. It was a great walk! Plus, the clouds rolled in and it was cloudy, cool and even sprinkled a little. I could not pass up that Amazing weather, so I really did want to walk. After getting back, I was tempted to walk again to get my 6 miles done for the day, but I decided not to push it. As long as I did atleast 3 miles, I'm good for the day.
Well, tomorrow the Vacation Bible School team from Central Baptist in Oklahoma City, will be arrive at our church. They are part of our church family and we have them every summer. This past year, we almost lost our church to this crazy, ex-criminal/ex-con who lied his way into our pulpit. He was an evil man and we almost lost the battle, but with the help of God, we finally got him out of there. Anyway, because of that event which happened at the start of the year, Central Baptist didn't think they were gonna be coming but since we were able to get that crazy guy out of there and got our church back, they are very happy and excited so they still planned on coming out. They'll be here tomorrow so our church members are very happy. That's something to look forward to. I still gotta get my walks/runs in everyday this week though. Fyrescape is still going on, no matter what ;) Goodnight!

Day Seventy Four
Today was a strong day for exercise! I started off the day with my 3 miles. Lisa came with me. She's really getting into her workouts again. I'm so happy for her because for a while there, she was starting to slack off and that was really worrying me. Now she's really taken to it well and is really pushing herself to do it everyday.
I have two painful blisters under my foot. My shoes are really bad. I've been really walking so much that I just go thru shoes like crazy. I went thru 4 pairs so far. The other day when I ran, that was what done me in as far as the blisters. Anyway, I took care of them today ;) No more problems!
We didn't take Cody with us on the walk. It's so funny because he gets really mad when we don't take him. He'll mess up his area where he's tied up. He makes a mess, spills his bucket of water all over the place, then gets himself tangled up around the pole. That's his way of telling me he's mad lol. I never get impatient with him though. He's my little boy! That's how you have to be with animals. They're not humans and they don't think the same way we do. You just gotta be very patient with animals and let them have their tantrums, but always be there to clean up after them so they know their noticed and loved. Cody is so spoiled. Cooper really wants to come too, but I don't wanna start taking him on daily walks until I get him on heartworm meds. I won't be able to do that until next week.
I did something different today! Instead of waiting until 4:30/5:00pm, like usual, I left to finish out my second 3 miles at 1pm. That was Awesome! I was just really feeling it just after I ate a small lunch. My body really wanted to get out there and get my 6 miles over with, so I did. Lisa went in at 1pm today, so she left about 12:30. I got ready and headed out. I actually did a strong walk and added some running in there, despite my blisters hurting. I did the entire 3 miles in 1 hour and 12 minutes. It was great! My record time so far is 1 hour. It's a long walk, I mean 3 miles! But, with my pace and added running, I can get it done in an hour. Once I start running, I hope to cut that time in half ;) That would be a really surprising thing for me because it's quite a distance.
Anyway, the day was Amazing! I finished out my 6 miles early and now, the rest of this evening, I'm just taking it easy. I wanted to get out there and cut some weeds, but my foot is healing up after my 'self doctoring' lol. I'll wait...but then again, we'll see! The evening is young. Lookin forward to tomorrow. We gotta help Lisa's mom move again. She found her own place, which is great! Have an Awesome night ;)
Day Seventy Three
Awesome Day! I woke up a bit late, not until about 8am because of my late night watching movies last night lol. Nevertheless, I got ready and headed out for my morning 3 miles. Lisa was all ready and waiting soon as I got up.
We headed out. Lisa ran. I kept a really fast pace and added some running in there. I ran pretty swift up every hill I came to. It's really cool because my legs are defintely getting stronger. I can run longer distances now without getting tired quickly. I remember a few years ago, I could only run maybe 30 yards and I was completely winded. Now, I run a good long distance before stopping. Once I get into the two hundred range (299-) I'm gonna start training my body to run full time. I can't wait for that. Anyway, both Lisa and I got in a really good walk/run. My body felt great and my left leg felt Awesome! No more irriation in there. I was completely strong and energized. On my way back though, I ran into this dude we see down there on the ditch road. We call him the 'shyguy' because he's really quiet. Well he surprised me today by actually stopping me and talking to me. He told me to be careful going down there because the other day he apparently saw two pitbull dogs running loose. They were pretty big and dark brown, no collars. He said his little black dog almost got attacked by them. He said I need to watch Cody when I have him down there. I thanked him for the warning and told him I'd keep an eye out. Pitbulls are pretty dangerous dogs, but so are German Shepherds. I'm not too worried about Cody. He is a huge Shepherd. He weighs 103 pounds! He's really really strong, let me tell you, I mean really strong! He's a big teddy bear around ppl but during our camping trip, he really showed us how protective he is and that he definitely means buisness when it comes to defending his family.
When we got home, my legs were super tired. I did a lot of running. My legs felt worked really good, but also they felt amazing! We washed up and headed to town to pick up some things, then we had Subway for lunch. It was really really good!
This evening, I finished out my 6 miles for the day. I did a little bit of running, but not as much as this morning. I gotta go easy! Don't wanna over work my legs, especially my left leg since it's finally feeling better. I just kept up a really fast pace walk and that was great! I came home, showered up, made a sandwich and watched IMPACTwrestling! It was such a great show! TNA is really coming along and building up their company a little at a time every week.
Funny thing, this evening it finally got cloudy and rained lol. The reason that's funny is that it seemed to wait until after I was home and relaxing before it finally decided to come cool off the place. It smelled really great outside though. Got my windows opened up wide and now I'm ready to hit the sack. Great day and defintely looking foward to tomorrow. Oh, tonight one of my "fake" friends wrote me a hate mail on Facebook. She doesn't even know the story and she's insulting me and saying crap to me in her stupid message on FB. I just blew it off though. As I mentioned the other day, I'm totally Done with that crap!
Time for bed, finally ;) Goodnight!

Day Seventy Two
Today I woke up feeling pretty good. Did my morning 3 miles. It's defintely getting easier on my legs now. Before, well last week especially, my left leg was really feeling it but now it's really gotten better and feeling great!
When we got home, we washed up, then headed to town. Lisa had plans to hang out with one of her pals today so we headed to Walmart and picked up some things we hadn't gotten yesterday. After, we came home and she went to her friends' place. I just stayed home, doing some things on the computer, then at 4pm, I got ready to do my second 3 miles. Just before I left, Lisa came home. She wanted to go with me, so she got ready and we headed out. It was a good walk, but we kinda had an argument because she almost got called in and I didn't want her to go in, mainly because I think her work jerks her around and I don't want anyone doing that to her. She cut her walk short, but I finished mine out. Oh man it was hot out. It was so so hot out there! The sweat was just pouring off my face like water. When I got home, I felt so good I got my 3 miles done, but not only was I tired, my shirt was totally soaked lol. Anyway, after coming home, Lisa and I settled our little dispute we had and she made us a chicken salad which turned out sooo good.
The rest of the evening was spent watching movies. I stayed up super late watching movies. Lisa slept on the couch. It was a good day! Finished out my 6 miles and had a less stressful day than yesterday. Looking forward to tomorrow. Goodnight!

Day Seventy One
Today was weird! I definitely wouldn't say it was good. Started off the day with my 3 miles. Lees is off today and tomorrow, so she's been coming with me. I kept up a decent pace this morning, but the heat was pretty heavy.
Walking though, I had been really thinking of all the crap going on in my life. I have a facebook page but over the years, I've sure had my share of lost friendships. I realized that this Fyrescape I'm on is a Journey to Excellence! It's NOT a Journey to crap or putting up with crap, or dealing with everyone else's crap. On my Facebook page, it's nothing but crap! I hate saying that, but it is or was. All my so called "friends" on there aren't friends at all. They're don't give a damn about me, or anything I say or post. I would write a post and my best friend Lisa, is the ONLY person who 'Likes' or 'Comments' on it. Nobody else! I'm the one writing on their posts, commenting on their pointless crap. Liking every damn picture they post of themselves. Do they do that to me? Shit No! I was so mad thinking about it all. I had gone thru so much crap over the years with women I've met on the damn internet. They think they pretty much own me just because I've let them into my friend circle, therefore they think they can treat me like I don't exist and only talk to me at their leisure. The only time I ever seem to get a message, comment, text or anything of the 'communication nature' is when They are goin thru shit in their lives, or when they're in the craphouse with their dude, meaning they're pissed off at him or whatever. That's the only time they seem to remember that I exist and well, I'm sick of it. So, I made the decision today to DELETE EVERYONE on my Facebook page! I got rid of all my so called friends on there. Ppl who don't give a damn about me, unless it suits them in some way. I'm just so sick of the BS. I deleted everyone, then shut my page down and opened up my original page. The only friend I have on there is Lisa and a few models. I'm going to completely revamp everything in my life! I'm thru with fake friends. I only want ppl in my life who actually want to contribute some kind of actual social friendship, not a bunch of dead beats who could care less what I say or do. So that was what I did today. Crazy decision and I'm sure nobody will really understand it, but hey, walk a mile in My shoes! I've gone thru some real crap these past couple of years. I'm done!
After our walk and after I did what I needed to do as far as Facebook, Lees and I went to town. We picked up some cash, then went and bought some groceries. Finally, I loaded up on the Salad and Chicken breasts. My new favorite drink is Diet Cherry Coke. Omgosh, that stuff is Amazing! I'm totally thru with regular pop. Diet drinks are my thing now. I love them! Diet Drinks and Water are my two favorites right now.
We were pretty busy the rest of the day! I almost didn't walk the evening, but I really wanted to. I grilled outside and while I was cooking, the wind picked up really bad and dirt was blowing everywhere. The clouds seemed to be rolling in, but they were still a ways away. I didn't think we were going to walk mainly because of the dirt. I hate walking when there's so much dirt blowing around. That's a killer on my allergies. Well about 8 o'clock tonight, I decided that I still wanted to walk so I got ready. I told Lisa, then we looked outside and saw the clouds were here. So at 8:30pm, we headed out. We took Cooper and Cody. They both loved the walk, especially Cooper. First time he's been able to walk with us since we found him. Anyway, it got dark on us pretty quick. We didn't get back til almost 10pm. It was cloudy, dark and cool by the time we got home. The really Awesome thing, we saw Fire Flies down by the ditch tonight. They were really neat! I didn't even know we had Fire Flies here in this area. We saw a bunch. It was the first time I had ever walked down there at night so I'm sure they were always there, I've just never been down there to see them. Very cool.
So, it was a pretty crazy day but I finished out my 6 miles. I hope tomorrow is better or rather, happier, I should say ;) Goodnight!

Day Seventy - REST DAY
Yup, I finally decided to take one. Good to wait until Monday, my usual day for a rest day. Well this morning, I slept in a bit. Slept til 7am, which is great! Lately, I've been up at between 5 and 6am. I got up and washed up. Soon as Lisa got home from work, I called the vet. I got Cooper's records transferred to my vet where I take my animals. Then I set up an appt. for him at 9:45am. Took him over there. It was nice! It seemed odd being there without Cody. Usually when i go to that vet, it was always for Cody. Now, Cooper! Well they gave him the dreaded heartworm test. The results....were negative! Yay :D I was so super happy and relieved to hear that. I'm going to put him on heartworm prevenative pills but not until Next Friday when I can afford it. So looks like I have a new member to my family and his name is Cooper.
He was a good dog over there. Very obedient. He has two different color eyes. One is brown, the other is half brown and white. Very neat! Everyone there was complimenting his eyes. So now, he'll have a nice life with me, Lisa, Cody, Jayde and my cats. So far, they've all taken to him pretty well. Cody is jealous, though. He hates when Lisa or I are over there tending to Cooper. We have to let him know that he's still our baby. Technically, he is still the baby. Cody is only 2 years old, as opposed to Cooper who is about 4 or 5 years old now. He's still in his prime. Several good years ahead of him. I plan to give him a great life here with us. I hope to train him up and hopefully he becomes a great watchdog. I needed another dog here anyway, one who can help Cody patrol the area, especially at night. I'm looking forward to it all.
My leg is feeling great today! I felt it a bit this morning, though so I made the decision to not do Anything today! By tomorrow morning, I should be ready to roll. So I'm gonna spend my evening outside cutting weeds and working on my yard. I'm looking forward to that. The clouds are rolling in, it looks like. Hopefully it'll be nice and cool later. Well, that's all I've got for today! My Fyrescape is still on 100%. Just taking a breather day to welcome our new family member, Cooper, and for letting my leg get well enough to help me drop the rest of my 300 pound weight Forever and Ever! Have an extraordinary afternoon! ;)

Day Sixty Nine
Ok, yesterday I told Lisa that I was going to take a Rest Day today, only because my leg and how it was feeling. Well I woke up at about 5:45 this morning. My body, well it craved walking. It was nice and cool out and my leg was feeling...well sort of ok. It didn't feel as bad as yesterday, but I could still feel that jammed feeling in my joint. I figured it was ok. So, I headed out with Cody. I planned on being back home before lisa got back at around 7:30 or so. I walked pretty good. I kept up a good pace. My leg didn't bother me any once I got started. I definitely surprsied myself again. Like I said, my body just craves that walk everyday.
Coming home, well when I was almost home, my parent's dog, Cooper, came running up to me and Cody. The poor dog had porcupine quills all over his nose and mouth. He looked bad. Yesterday, I got a text from my mom saying that they had to put down their other dog, Suzie, because she came home with quills all over her face and in her throat. She ran off with Cooper a few days back. They didn't care about Cooper anymore. He kept running off and they claim he didn't want to be there anymore. A while back, they kept asking me if I wanted him and I kept telling them NO. It's not that I didn't like him, it's just that I didn't want their dog because he wouldn't feel at home here since they only live just down the road. He would probably keep running over to their house. Anyway, so Cooper came up to me on my walk home and like I said, he looked bad. I knew he wanted help and no one else was going to help him. About a year ago, Cody ran off from home. This was when he was still in his idiot puppy mode. He ran off for a few days and came home with quills all over his face. It was so bad, the worse case I've ever seen. I spend 3 hours pulling quills out of his face, nose, head, neck, chest, paws, mouth and even his tail. We counted over 400 quills, but I took care of him. So, needless to say I've had much experience with this sort of thing. When I was a kid, my dog, Dillon, came home with quills in his nose and I pulled them all out of him too. Cooper's case was bad, but I knew I could get them all out. Not nearly as bad as Cody's was that one time. So I got him down and got my tools, then started pulling them out. He yelped a lot and he kept squirming. When Lisa came home, she helped hold him down for me. He bled a lot, but that's all part of it. It took about almost 2 hours only because he wouldn't lay still. The quills were so deep in his skin. Crazy dog! I got them all out, however. Just like I knew I would. I cleaned up his mouth. He was pretty swollen around his nose and lips. He was so thirsty too and hungry so we gave him a big bowl of water and some food. He downed it all quick. Then, I called my mom. Of course, they hate Cooper now. They blame him for Suzie. I was pissed because if they would've brought Suzie to me, I know I could've taken all those quills out of her face. Instead, they just put her down. Made me so mad. And now, they don't want Cooper. They're pissed at him. I was mad, I'm like, well damn if you guys quit letting him loose, he wouldn't be running off like that. It's not Cooper's fault, it's YOURS because you kept letting them loose! Anyway, so guess what I did, I decided to take Cooper in as one of my own, BUT, big BUT though, I asked my mom to help me get a heartworm test tomorrow morning! Also, I asked her to buy him a 6 month supply of heartworm pills. She agreed so we're going to do that tomorrow. I'll only keep him if he's heartworm free. My animals do not have heartworms and Cody is on heart guard pills. I'm so scared. I don't think Cooper has heartworms because he seems really energetic. Most dogs that have them are really slow and get tired easily because that's what heartworms do to animals. I'm scared though. I won't know until tomorrow so I'm praying that he's ok. It's just a big worry thing today because if he does have heartworms, I have no idea what I'm going to do with him because I can't afford treatments and my parents don't want him, and I don't want him around my other animals, so it's just a big question mark right now. I sure hope it works out for the best. I went up town and bought Cooper a collar, a leash and I have him tied up in the dog pen so he won't run off. I hope all turns out ok.
So this evening, I did NOT want to go walking. I wanted to give my leg a rest, but dammit, what did I end up doing? Yes, walking. I am so stubborn, or maybe the better word is determined ;) I didn't walk the entire thing though. I didn't decide to get out there and do it until around 7:30pm. By then, there was so many ppl going down to the river and walking around down there, I hated it. All of them had dogs. I can't go down there because I have Cody and I don't keep him on a leash. I let him run loose. Well, when he does that, he sees other dogs then runs after them. It pisses me off, so I knew I had to just stop and turn around. I'm just gonna take it easy the rest of the night. I really need to rest my leg though so whether I like it or not, I'm going to probably only do 3 miles tomorrow. My leg is not as bad, but still feeling funky. I gotta go easy on it.
Ok, this was a long and busy/crazy day. I sure hope things work out with Cooper tomorrow. We shall wait and see. Now, I'm calling it a day. Goodnight!

Goodnight!

Day Sixty Eight
Ok, this morning, my leg was really not feeling good. Remember yesterday I said my leg was feeling pretty worn around my joint above my thigh on the left side? Well, it felt worse today. Closest thing I can think of as to how it feels, is that it feels jammed. Last night, I layed back and had Lisa grab my left leg. She pulled it pretty hard and my entire leg popped. Oh my goodness, that felt so good. Like my leg really needed that. I've never felt it pop like that before. I didn't plan on walking any today because of my leg, but we did anyway. We took a slow walk this morning after helping Lisa's mom move some of her stuff. It was kinda late, we didn't head out there until about 10am. That's late for a walk because it's usually pretty hot. It was cloudy today though so at 10, it was still kinda cool with a slight breeze so it was nice for us. Oh man my leg was not feeling so hot though. It still felt jammed, though I think it's because I ran yesterday. That really put some wear on it because I hadn't ran that far in a long time. So, I decided to take it easy the rest of the day. We finished out the 3 miles, then I stayed inside the day and just kept stretching it out. Lisa went to bed at 2pm because she's workin graveyard shift tonight.
I've been drinking lots of water. I'll admit, my food hasn't been all that good these past few days. I finally started eating salad again today. I've been totally out of food so I haven't had the ones I really wanted. I'm out of veggies, fruits, salads and light meats. I'm still downing lots of water, and I do have the ocassional diet coke or diet Dr. Pepper. I love those now! I'll need to, when I get some more money, stock the fridge with lots of good healthy foods. Until then, I'm gonna stick to exercise and hopefully later this week after my leg feels better, I'm gonna add some DDPyoga in there with my workouts. Long way to go still, but I'm getting there.
Time for bed now. Goodnight!

Day Sixty Seven
Happy 4th of July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to say, today was an Awesome day of exercise!! This morning, I did a strong 3 miles. I added some running in there. I hadn't really planned on doing an evening 3 miles, but I did anyway. I always tend to do that! I say that I'm not going to do one, but I end up doing it. It's neat because my body just craves the exercise now. Even when I'm set on not doing it and wanting to give my legs and/or feet a rest, I still wanna get out there and do it so I end up doing so.
The evening walk was Amazing! I took Lisa with me. She hadn't walked with me in a while. I hit it pretty strong at a fast pace. Non-stop all the way down. Lisa was surprised at that. She kept wondering when we were going to take a quick rest break, but I told her that I never do that. I do then entire 3 miles non-stop. When I got to my last stretch on the walk, I ran. I ran a good distance. Totally surprised myself. It was amazing how easy it seemed to me. I know that when I get in the running mode once I'm in the two hundred pound range, I'm going to do great! My body is just craving that. Wanting to get it done, wanting to start now, but I can't. I feel my body is still a bit heavy to be running like that daily. Even that short run I did today, that took a toll on my left leg. It's feeling kinda worn, but I don't know, it might not have been my run. It's been feeling kinda strange lately. Right around my joint above my thigh. Hopefully it gets better!
So my July 4th dinner at my families place went really well. Everyone had a great time. The surprising thing was my uncle being there. He came home, finally. It's good to see him there with his family. We all talked, laughed and had a good time. One of my cousins shot off a firework that kinda tilted and came straight at all of us sitting down watching, then exploded lol. Oh man, that was crazy! Everyone got a good scare and laugh out of that one. The food was good. I'll defintely have to get in a good walk tomorrow. It was all worth it though. Spending time with the family always makes the time pass beautifully.
Well, today was a great day! 6 miles completed as well as some running. I know I'm doing great! I've been getting compliments on my new look. Ppl can really see my weight loss now and it feels so good to hear compliments. I haven't heard a compliment like these in years and years. Just motivates me to keep on going! Everyday. Same Goal. Make an IMPACT ;) Goodnight!

Day Sixty Six
Today was pretty good. We went to see Transformers: Age of Extinction. Took Lees, my dad and my brother to watch it. First off, I started out the day with my 3 miles. Came home, got ready, then we headed to the theater. It was good, but they (dad and bro) didn't seem to like it very much, which sucked. Afterwards, they told me that it was great and they enjoyed it, but my dad had a crushing headache and my brother had allergies really bad.
Anyway, Lisa was late for work lol. She didn't remember she had to go in a 2pm today. Here it was, almost 3 and we were still out cruisin the town after the movie haha. Crazy, but she got there. It was ok! I did not do my 3 miles this evening. I wanted to, but my foot was really hurting. I really need some new shoes. Pissed me off, but I needed to rest it up. Defintely tomorrow.
Tonight, I went to watch the Fireworks show here in town. I was supposed to see it with my mom, dad, and brother but I couldn't find them. It was a good show, but short. Really short. Afterwards, though, I met them as Sonic for a snack. We talked about the dinner they're planning to have tomorrow. Sounds like fun. I'm lookin forward to exercising tomorrow morning. I sure feel down knowing that I didn't get it done this evening. I'm always that way when I don't finish out my 6 miles. Anyway, time for bed. Goodnight!

Day Sixty Five
Just as I said yesterday, I got up extra early today! I set my alarm for 6am. Got washed up, then Cody and I headed out on our 3 miles. I went to bed early last night. 11pm ;) Yes, for me that's early so when I woke up, I was so rested and awake! I felt Great this morning. My body took a bit to actually wake up though lol, but it was all good. I finished my 3 miles in a little over an hour. I tried matching up my time from yesterday, but No Dice!
After cleaning up, Lees and I went to help her mom and her mom's boyfriend, move out of their place. That was pretty ok. Afterwards, I bought Lisa some Subway for lunch and then I took her home. I went to pick up my dad after that and I took him up town to get some propane. They're having a big get-together on July 4th and inviting everyone so he's getting his grill ready. I saved him some money today too which was Awesome. He usually gets his propane at a gas station and they charge an arm and a leg there. So I took him up to the place where I get my propane. It was great and saved him 6 bucks. He was pretty happy. After that, I took him to a hardware store so he could get some A/C cooler pads. I enjoyed that time. I love spending time with my dad. He and I really get along. Tomorrow, I'm planning on taking him, Lisa and my brother Kyle to go watch, Transformers: Age of Extinction. Yup, we're gonna go see it again. That is such an Amazing movie. I can't wait!!
This evening, I did my second 3 miles. I left at 5:10pm. Omgosh I can't tell you how HOT it was out there! Seriously, yesterday it was hot but there was a light breeze which really helped me. Today there was Nothing! Totally still outside so that heat was intense! I tried matching my time, but coming back it was so hot and I think that slowed me down a bit lol. I finished in one hour and ten mins. Close, but again, No Dice! I was happy though. Cody kept jumping in the ditch to cool off. I so wish I could've done that. I was tempted because of the heat. Oh well, fitness first ;) I'm proud!!
So, finished my 6 miles for the day and spent time with family. Looking forward to tomorrow and the movie! I'm gonna rest my feet. They are hurtin. Goodnight!

Day Sixty Four
Today I really surprised myself ;) This morning, I did my 3 miles. I can't say that I did it really quick because it wasn't. It was pretty cool as far at the weather went. I went kinda early, but tomorrow I'm definitely gonna make it earlier.
When I got home, I cut more weeds. I'm sure comin along on that task! I don't think I'll be done my July 4th though. There are so many out there and it's too damn hot lol. I'll get it though.
Lisa was off today but as far as exercising, she's really been slacking. She lost about 9 pounds so far, but she's at a hault because of some personal problems she's dealing with. That's a big downfall for anyone who tries to exercise. You really need to put fitness as your first priority! If you have problems that you're dealing with, get out there and work out. That is a great stress reliever, you have no idea. Just go do it!
Anyway, what really surprised me was my second walk/run to finish out my 6 miles. I left about 4:55pm. I got out here, it was so hot, but I pushed it. I did a swift walk and really hit it! I finished my 3 miles in one hour!!!! My best time yet! It usually takes me an hour and a half to finish and when I really hustle, I can get it done in an hour and fifteen mins. Today, afternoon heat and all, I got done in one hour! Omgosh I was so happy and proud of myself. I asked God for strength and He blessed me! Seriously ppl, if you do Anything in your life, don't Ever forget God. For thru Him, we can do All Things! Remember that.
So today was Great! I finished my daily 6 miles. Tomororw I'm goin to help Lisa's mom move some of her stuff out of her place. She wants help at 8:15am so I'm gonna get up extra early so I can do my 3 miles before the day starts. Right now, I'm totally beat. I'm so tired and I'm surprised I finished writing this. I'm off to snooze. Goodnight!
