Day One Hundred Fifty Seven

Ok, today I didn't walk.  That was because a number of factors, really.  One, my knee wasn't feeling too hot this morning.  I also had lots of things to do today, which I'm proud to say I got done.  Not only that, it was Cold outside this morning!  Dang, we got some cold front that blew thru this area.  The mountain had snow on it way up top.  Crazy!  So yeah, tomorrow I'll catch up with it all again.


Yes I found that the shoes you wear really makes a difference on how your entire body plays out.  I think I really did some damage on myself, especially my knees over the years because of those damn sandals I was always wearing.  I mentioned that in previous blogs.  DON'T WEAR SANDALS!!!  Wear some really good shoes.  Don't wear anything flimsy or like old shoes, basically anything that can fold in half or bend really easily in half.  Those are B A D!!!!  Bad shoes can have an effect on your knees, your back, your neck.  Not good and as I mentioned prior, if one of your "wheels" go out, then you're pretty screwed.  So take that tip from me, always wear good shoes, no matter what!  You always have to have that arch in your foot.  That makes all the difference in the world and good shoes will support that arch and keep everything aligned in your body.  That is what you need!


Well, right now my legs are really aching!  Ugh, I don't know why.  My left knee feels really ugh!  I just want to take a really HOT shower, but dammit, I don't have any hot water right now in my house.  I haven't got any gas/propane in my bottle out back.  I'm planning on getting that thing filled at the end of this month.  Maybe even next Friday, but I'm not sure.  Those things sure cost a lot to fill.  Been taking cold showers all summer long, but it was good because it was nice and hot outside so that really made the difference.  Now that the weather is cooling off, dang that cold water is getting too much lol.  Toughens you up though, that's for damn sure.


Anyway, that's all I've got for today.  I'm going to stretch out my legs and get some rest.  Goodnight!
