I thought we were leaving today! Apparently, we're not leaving until tomorrow lol. Here I was all ready to go too. Oh well, I get one more day of rest before heading out to Chama. Seriously, that place is gonna be tough! I can't stress that enough. I won't be exercising here at home all week, but out there, I'm definitely going to be doing just about everything I do here at home with the 6 miles, but then some. Anyone who knows what the mountains of Chama, NM look like, you'll know what I mean. We're talking some near vertical slopes, rough terrain, and no roads to walk. You've got elk trails, cow trails and one road going up to the top, that's it. You wanna get any elk, you've gotta go in there and get them. They ain't gonna be standing near the road either. So yeah, I've got a big week ahead of me.
Well, that's pretty much all I've got for today! I'm gonna rest up, then tomorrow morning I'm gonna take all my stuff over to my Dad's place, load it up then we're heading out. I shall be back next week sometime! Everyone, be safe ;}
