Day Two Hundred Eighty

Another day of a strong 3 miles! Oh man, the difference with my walks now compared to the ones I'd been doing that last 2 months, is I'm freakin tired afterwards. I mean I am TIRED! My legs are burning, I'm sweating! Before, nothing. I hardly broke a sweat and it must've took me a long time just to do one walk. I was just strolling. Dammit! That's a big tip, when you start to get lazy, especially around the holidays, you really need to watch your workouts. Sometimes you'll just start lagging really bad and not even notice it. Just because you do it, doesn't mean you're getting anything out of it. Sometimes your body will just get used to it and you won't be burning any calories, therefore you're not burning any fat. You really gotta push yourself where you're breathing heavily and breaking a sweat. Then you know for damn sure that you are getting somewhere because your body is really working overtime. That was the BIG mistake I made over the last two months. I wasn't pushing myself and because it was the holidays, I was allowing myself to eat sweets more often. I'm still not drinking any regular soda. When I do drink soda, it's always Diet. Now that doesn't not mean Anything good. Diet Soda doesn't mean you're doing it healthy. No soda is better than Diet soda. Try to stick to water. That's what I'm doing now, I'm really trying to finish an entire gallon of water per day. It's tough, it really is! Yesterday and today, I did not finish my gallon, but I came pretty darn close. I'm still trying and I know I'll be able to do it.

Well, not much else to really say for today. Rather dull for me this evening. So, I'm going to relax my legs. My right knee is doing the usual, acting up. I really hope it heals up. I'm sick of it hurting and slowing me down all the time. But, that's what I've gotta deal with given my 7 years of laziness.
